We are located outside of Baltimore Maryland and usually ship from our office here, but some products are shipped from our partners and manufacturers located around the world. We will contact you by email or phone to give you an estimated shipping time. Our return policy is pretty simple we will offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our custom made knives and if there is a manufacture defect we will work with you. We assume no warranty if you have buyers remorse or break your knives due to misuse.
